President's Message

The quote of the week certainly applied to the recent meeting presentations and our attitude to the community:

‘If someone listens, or stretches out a hand, or whispers a word of encouragement, or attempts to understand a lonely person, extraordinary things begin to happen' by Loretta Girzartis. Keep on listening to each other and those you mix with.

Our last meeting was busy with two major presentations plus Club activities. Even busier leading up to Christmas:

29 November, 6.30pm Primary Citizenship Awards

6 December, 6.30 – 9.30pm, Wyong/Tuggerah joint Christmas party at 'All About Taste'.

13 December, 5.30pm Board Meeting & 7pm AGM

Christmas Tree sales, Sat 9th/ Sun 10th & Sat 16th/ Sun 17th December

Our first  meeting for 2018 will be Wednesday 7 February 2018

Our first 2018 activity is Paddle for PAH 5.30am Sunday 18 February beginning at McKenzie Reserve, Budgewoi.

Regards & blessings

David Knight

President 2017/18
