President's Message

Greetings Rotarians

Andres Gonzalez wrote 'Give of yourself over and over again, with no expectations of receiving anything in return. That's the moment you receive that blessing'. We are a Rotary Club that has 'no expectations of receiving anything in return'. Our 'blessings' come from 'Service above Self".

Our last Club meeting these ideals were evident in practical ways as you 'gave of yourselves over and over again'. You are a blessing to me. You are a blessing to each other. You are a blessing to the community. You are a blessing to Rotary.

We now need to give of ourselves to some practical challenges:

• Funding submissions for our shed and other projects

• Exploring the NSW Officer of the Year Award with local Rotary Clubs

• Reviewing and redirecting our newsletter, Facebook and web activities

• Wyong Club meeting with Professor Glen Reeves - 6.30pm           7 August

We are in for another good year so roll up you sleeves and lets get cracking.

Regards and blessings

 Yours in Rotary

Stuart McCarthy (Secretary), David Knight (President)
