On Wednesday night we got a chance to meet Youth science Forum Student Jasmine Green very impressive young lady who should gain some wonderful knowledge and experience being able to attend this event. It’s very pleasing when you find and meet someone like Jasmine and are able to help to contribute to their learning with the knowledge that they very excited and thankful for the opportunity they have been given. Well done to Annette Youth is such a great area to work in.

Next meeting will be Wednesday the 5th October 2016; this will be a club forum night. It would be very pleasing to see as many of our members there on the night as we will be discussing a club visioning date, meeting frequency, meeting times and anything else the members might like to discuss. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE THERE AND HAVE SOME INPUT. Please make the effort to attend so we can set a date for the Club Visioning that will require ALL members’ attendance to be successful.

Some important meeting date changes for the coming months. Please note these and pencil them in, we would like to have as many people from the club at both events please.

Why not invite a friend or someone you know that maybe interested in maybe joining Rotary. We have had a couple of potential members visit so far, let’s see if can get at least one visitor or potential member join us EVERY week. Remember if you don’t ask people if they maybe interested in joining Rotary then you will never know if they are interested.

Please remember to reply to Maurie as early as possible if you are attending meetings, this will make life a lot easier for him.

Yours in Rotary

 Mitch
